Mozaico runs coaches across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi. Keeping them safe, clean and on time takes a lot of people — and we are usually looking for more of them.
We have no vacancies listed at the moment.
That does not mean we are not hiring — most of our recruitment happens from CVs already on file, so it is still worth sending yours.
What we look for
Our passengers judge us on three things: that the coach is safe, that it leaves and arrives when we said it would, and that they were looked after on the way. Everything we hire for comes back to one of those.
So we care less about a long CV than about reliability, care for detail and a way with people — and, for anyone behind the wheel, the licences and the record to prove it.

Looking after passengers for the length of a journey - boarding, comfort, and keeping the coach in the state you would want to find it in.
