Bookings are confirmed only after our sales agent confirms your seat and receives payment.

Seat maps on this website are indicative. The sales agent confirms real availability.

Passengers must carry a valid national ID, passport or temporary passport, and a yellow fever vaccination card for cross-border travel. The name and document number on the ticket must match the document used.

Tickets are not cancelled. They can be rescheduled free up to 3 hours before travel; after that a KSh 300 penalty applies. A rescheduled ticket stays valid for 90 days.

Each passenger may carry up to 15 kg of personal luggage free of charge. Heavier luggage is charged.

Be at your boarding point 30 minutes before departure. Coaches leave on schedule.
